This Privacy Policy applies to anyone who interacts with Medhva, including visitors to our website, users who join our waitlist, and registered users of the Platform.

- mock test attempts, answers, scores, rankings, and performance history;
- topic-level performance analysis, identified weak areas, study plans, and progress tracking;
- AI-generated recommendations, performance insights, and your interactions with those features;
- bookmarks, preferences, saved progress, and other usage-related activity.
C. Technical, device, and usage information

- browser type, device type, operating system, and approximate device/session information;
- log data, timestamps, crash/error information, and platform interaction data;

Important: payment card or banking details are generally processed directly by our third-party payment processor. Medhva does not intentionally store full card details on its own servers unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of payment.

To provide certain AI-assisted features, Medhva may share relevant user inputs, performance data, and study context with third-party AI service providers that help generate recommendations, analysis, or learning insights on our behalf.
These outputs are intended to support your learning experience and improve the usefulness of the Services.
